Dr. Mike Barber, Chair and Professor, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Utah. He has 30 years of experience in hydrology and water resources. His research involves field and modeling studies of water and nutrients. He is currently working on climate change effects on water quantity and quality, and using remote sensing to determine crop water use.
