Colin McKenzie, Esq., is a fellow, focusing on water governance, at University of Arizona’s Natural Resource Law & Policy Center, a collaboration of the Arizona’s College of Law and Cooperative Extension Service. Previously, he was a fellow and, in that capacity, also a supervising attorney at the College of Law’s Natural Resource Use and Management Clinic; clerked at the New Mexico Court of Appeals; served as a research associate at the Utton Center for Transboundary Resources at the University of New Mexico School of Law; and, during law school, was co-Editor in Chief of the Natural Resources Journal. In a previous life, he worked between southern Arizona and northern Chile as a groundwater hydrologist for the Tucson-based
water resources consultancy, Montgomery & Associates.
