Jocelyn Gibbon, J.D. is the principal of Freshwater Policy Consulting, LLC, and serves as policy advisor to the Water for Arizona Coalition. Through Freshwater, she provides strategic guidance, policy analysis, and project support to organizations interested in water and natural resource policy and sustainability. Previously an attorney with Squire Sanders, LLP and with Environmental Defense Fund’s Colorado River program, Jocelyn received her B.A. from Williams College and her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
