Author Description
Wesley Hipke is the Recharge Program Manager for the Idaho Water Resource Board. He has over twenty-five years of experience having focused most of his career on managed recharge, water management, and groundwater modeling throughout the Western US with an emphasis on Idaho and Arizona. Wesley has a B.S in geology from the University of Nebraska, a M.S. in geology from the Wichita State University, and is a Registered Geologist in the State of Idaho.
