John Skardon is the founder and CEO of Tailwater Systems located in the heart of the worldfamous Salinas Valley. Dr. Skardon has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Clemson University. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Kent State University. Prior to starting Tailwater Systems in 2017, Dr. Skardon taught environmental policy and economics at California State University Monterey Bay. Prior experience includes working in high tech for 25 years in sales, marketing, engineering, and management.
