Mary Kelly is a founding partner of Culp & Kelly, LLP, a mission-driven law and policy firm that is focused on addressing the critical issues surrounding water and natural resource management in the American West. With more than three decades of environmental law, policy, and advocacy experience, Mary is a nationally respected environmental lawyer and nonprofit program manager, and provides environmental analysis and advocacy services to non-profits, foundations and other organizations. Her areas of expertise include water law and policy, ecosystem restoration law and policy, US/Mexico border environmental issues, strategy development, grant writing, strategic fundraising and non-profit management. She holds a J.D. from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona and is located in Austin, Texas.
