Angela Levin is a partner in the Environmental and Natural Resources practice at Troutman Sanders. She assists clients with regulatory counseling, policy development, and enforcement under a range of environmental laws, including assessment of species impacts under the Endangered Species Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act and compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the California Environmental Quality Act.
