Max imilian (Max) Bricker is an associate attorney with the law firm of Somach Simmons & Dunn, located at their Boulder, CO, office. Max is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Idaho, California, and Oregon (pending). Max comes from a farming background in California’s Central Valley and now represents a variety of water users across the western states in myriad ways, including acquiring or developing new water rights, protecting existing water rights, or helping clients with state or federal regulations.
