Author Description
Russ McElyea is the Chief Water Judge for the Montana Water Court. He received his law degree from the University of Colorado in 1989. Since then, he has practiced in Montana and served as CEO of a ski resort. He enjoys many of Montana’s outdoor recreational activities.
