Author Description
David Moon practiced water law in Eugene, Oregon with the Moon Firm, after previously practicing in Bozeman, Montana with Moore, Refling, O’Connell & Moon. He is currently an editor of The Water Report. Mr. Moon received his undergraduate degree at Colorado College and his JD at the University of Idaho Law School. He is a member of the Oregon BAR, and was formerly a member of the Montana and Idaho BARs. Moon practiced water law for over 30 years in Montana and Oregon.
