Natalie Daniels aims to use her background in mathematics to better understand the challenging questions at the intersection of data and climate in her role as Data Scientist at Virga Labs. Fueled by a passion for the American West and armed with a deep understanding of mathematical processes and problem solving, she is dedicated to expanding the knowledge about the complex and nuanced world of western water. With a background in education, Natalie has a drive to meet others where they are, bridge knowledge gaps, and leverage data to enable meaningful, informative, and beautiful data tools in order to enable others to make sense of complicated concepts and systems. She has a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
