Peter Colohan, is the director of the Internet of Water Initiative at the Lincoln Institute’s Center for Geospatial Solutions. Following nearly a decade of federal service with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Peter came to the Lincoln Institute from Duke University, where he collaborated with a team of experts to create the Internet of Water.
