Davíd Pilz is a Partner at AMP Insights (AMP), a small consulting firm working with clients on the most vexing water, economic, and natural resources management issues in unique, creative and energizing ways. AMP (and previously, Ecosystem Economics LLC) have provided support to the Walker Basin Restoration Program since 2009 including research, advice, analysis, and modeling related to program design and acquisition, transfer and finance strategies. Davíd has more than a decade of professional experience in water law, water rights and water policy, focusing on work with clients in water markets, water transactions and strategy and program development. Previously, Davíd served as Flow Restoration Director at The Freshwater Trust, based in Portland, Oregon. Davíd is a member of the Oregon State Bar with a JD from Lewis and Clark Law School and a BA from Colorado College. David is based in Bend, Oregon.
