Author Description
Scott Sellers is a research associate supporting both the Western Water and Habitat Exchange programs at EDF, helping to develop market-based policies to improve water resource management and habitat conservation in California. Currently, he is working with stakeholders at the local, regional, and state levels to design and implement pilot groundwater management projects, advocate for improved water markets, and transact credits for critical species habitat in California’s Central Valley.
