Hello, my name is Shaina Shay and I acquired The Water Report in 2022 when founders David Light and David Moon decided to retire. I was a customer of The Water Report for over a decade while working for water utilities in Arizona. I came to rely on the expertise and breadth of perspectives shared in this is periodical and am committed to continue it's legacy as the publication of record for the Western US.
