James C. Brockmann is a shareholder in the firm of Stein and Brockmann, P.A., located in Santa Fe, NM. The firm’s practice is limited to water law. Members of the firm have participated in five original actions related to interstate water disputes, including both interstate compacts and equitable apportionment court decrees.
