She is a chemical engineer with 32 years of experience in stormwater studies related to quality/ quantity, source evaluations, NPDES regulatory issues, stormwater treatment technologies and Superfund evaluation and cleanup. Recent experience includes Project engineer of the Thea Foss Waterway Source Control Strategy Program and developing City of Tacoma’s Regional Stormwater Facility Plan and In-Lieu-Of Construction Program.
