Diane Agnew is the Water Rights Program Manager at the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority where she leads the Water Authority’s Water Rights and Environmental Programs. She ensures compliance with the Water Authority’s water rights permits and her program includes Endangered Species Act compliance, source water protection, and aquifer storage and recovery. Her focus area is implementation of the Water Authority’s 100-year water management plan, Water 2120. Her work extends across both the San Juan-Chama and Rio Grande watersheds, where she works collaboratively with water management partners for longterm and sustainable water management.
