Ross Dunning is Kennedy/Jenks’ company-wide stormwater practice leader and senior technical resource for stormwater collection, conveyance, and treatment design, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit compliance, and Clean Water Act litigation support. He is an accomplished project manager with a broad range of civil engineering experience specifically focused in the fields of stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water treatment, processing, conveyance and distribution and environmental investigation, construction and remediation. He is a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead and is abreast of the stormwater regulatory climate across the country. Ross’ primary focus is helping transportation sector industries and agencies navigate the myriad Federal, State, and local stormwater regulations and identifying sound engineering solutions benefitting both business and the environment.
