Jessica Hamilton, is an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP in Portland, Oregon, and a member of its Environment Energy & Resources Group. Her practice focuses on environmental litigation and regulatory compliance, with a primary focus on issues involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), state clean up laws, environmental remediation, and the Clean Water Act (CWA).
