Ted Howard is currently (2020) a legal fellow at the Center for Environmental Law and Policy in Seattle, Washington. He has previously worked in the legal department of the Oglala Lakota Tribe in South Dakota, and the Environmental Law Clinic at Washington University in St. Louis. He is a co-founder and former editor of the interdisciplinary environmental journal Tvergastein.
