Author Description

Janet Howe has a master’s degree in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development, and a graduate certificate in Environmental Policy. Her degree studies involved complex review of market-based mechanisms that promote increased stakeholder involvement, ecological and economic efficiency, and overall sustainability. Janet attended the University of Arizona Law, where she was a managing editor of the Arizona Law Review and active in the Environmental Law Society. Prior to joining the firm, Janet clerked for the Phoenix Federal District Court and the Arizona Supreme Court. Janet joined Perkins Coie as an Associate in October 2019. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation, environmental litigation, and regulatory compliance.
