Jona than Jennings is a water resources meteorologist who has been with the Utah Division of Water Resources for 2-years. Prior to his time in Utah, Jonathan managed and operated cloud seeding projects in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona while also managing flare manufacturing and engaged with government and public relations. Jonathan is a licensed operator and manager by the Weather Modification Association with 15-years of experience in the field. Jonathan is a graduate of Penn West California (2008) with a degree in Meteorology.
