Kelly Kennedy is a partner at Culp & Kelly, LLP, located in its Phoenix office, where she practices in the areas of water, environmental, and natural resources law. Her work includes a variety of water law and policy matters in Arizona and in the greater Colorado River Basin, as well as legislative analysis, water-related investment investigation and diligence, and conservation strategy. She holds a J.D. From Arizona State University and a B.A. from Point Loma Nazarene University.
