Author Description
Rhett Larson is Associate Professor and Morrison Fellow in Water Law at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and a Senior Research Fellow with the Kyl Center for Water Policy. His work focuses on domestic and international water law and policy, and his work with the Kyl Center focuses specifically on improving Arizona’s general stream adjudications and western water law and policy reforms.
