Laura Vernon is the Great Salt Lake Basin Planner with the Utah Division of Water Resources. She has been working on water and land use issues in the Great Salt Lake Basin for over two decades. Her efforts focus on building collaborative partnerships across government and private sectors to support local and regional initiatives.
