Mr. Light was also the Editor of the “Oregon Insider,” a highly respected professional newsletter covering federal and state environmental regulations, for over 18 years. Under Mr. Light’s management, the “Oregon Insider” enjoyed a resubscription rate of over 90% for well over than a decade.
