John Matthews is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Alliance for Global Water Adaptation. His work blends technical and policy knowledge for climate adaptation and water management for practical implementation, primarily targeting decision-making frameworks for adapting water infrastructure and ecosystems to climate impacts. He holds a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin.
