Rebekah Holt writes and edits for the Utah Division of Water Resources. Her passion is in telling Utah’s complex water stories and informing the public about the many, many ongoing initiatives and programs to plan, conserve, develop and protect Utah’s water future. She has degrees in both technical writing and botany, and has leveraged that expertise for public science communication since 2018.
