Author Description
Roger Cornwell is the Board Chair of the Sacramento River Settlement Contractors and General Manager of the Basin Irrigation Drainage Authority. In addition to his duties to manage and deliver water to agricultural lands, wildlife refuges, and rural communities, Roger leads landowner efforts to support and participate in a variety of multi-beneficial wildlife and water security projects from Redding to Sacramento.
