Robert Sappington has over twenty-five years of legal and business experience spanning corporate finance, investment management, business strategy, and corporate and securities law. Mr. Sappington has worked in key roles at Microsoft and Weyerhaeuser Company, as well as start-ups in digital publishing, investment management, and municipal yard waste recycling. He earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and a JD from William & Mary.
