Author Description
Karen Trebitz is a PhD student and IGERT fellow in the Water Resources Program at University of Idaho. She studies communication networks among collaborative water management partners in northern Columbia River Basin lakes, several of which may be impacted by the Columbia River Treaty negotiations.
