Jack Tuholske has been a solo private practitioner in Montana for 23 years, with an emphasis in a wide variety of natural resource andenvironmental law areas in state and federal court. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Montana School of Law and iscurrently a Visiting Professor at Vermont Law School. He was lead counsel for the Plaintiffs in the Mitchell Slough case.
