Victor Xu is an associate in Marten Law’s Portland office. In litigation, he represents clients in disputes arising from the National Environmental Policy Act, Federal Land Policy and Management Act, CERCLA, the Federal Tort Claims Act, and state law. In the regulatory sphere, he advises consumer-goods companies on environmental compliance.
