Alex Shannon is a senior vice president and managing director of the water practice for WSP in the US in the western two-thirds of the country. Shannon’s background is in water and wastewater system planning and economics. He has worked on some of the largest water projects in the US and has led the planning for international projects, including bringing desalination to development projects in the Caribbean.
