Carl Einberger, LHG is an Associate Hydrogeologist at Aspect Consulting. Carl is currently leading technical evaluation and facilitation tasks with the WRIA 55 Planning Group in the Little Spokane Basin to update their existing watershed plan, as required by ESSB 6091 and the Streamflow Restoration Act.
